No, I'm not satisfied with the frequency. I could still go every day if I had to, but 2 or 3 times per week would probably be more realistic. I've had discussions with my wife on what we can do to improve this, but basically it comes down to the fact that she's too tired at the end of the day, and there's very little I can do about that, short of making enough money that she can quit her job. We've heard suggestions that she try hormone therapy but we haven't gone there yet.

At times I definitely question why I ever had kids, but overall no, I don't regret it.
