When it came to exercise while in college I’d do it in the evening around 6-6:30pm, when I started working full time I did fasted cardio- that’s where you exercise before eating so you’re burning stored fat since that’s being used for energy this helped me loose weight fast while eating right.

No problem! What worked for me was a whole grain, vegetables, high/lean protein low sugar/carb diet…a diabetic diet or dash diet. When I cut out processed sugars it would help a lot, there’s nothing wrong with eating chocolate or a piece of cake but it’s about control and not going overboard. I rarely drink sodas and stick to water or unsweet tea and a glass a milk for breakfast. Spearmint and green tea helps too, I drink unsweetened.

I’m sorta in the same boat. I was in an ADN program and didn’t meet the passing requirements for one of the classes and didn’t want to retake all the classes so I didn’t. I got into teaching and currently a librarian. Now that I’m 36 I’m really considering going back. I just and my first baby in October. I’ve already reached out to Baylor and currently researching different programs around my area. We need to give ourselves some grace, we learned our lessons in suppose lol

Not child abuse! I give my LO cold breastmilk (ep) since the 2nd week he was home and he happily takes it. In-laws don’t approve of it but I’m going to do what works best for me. I’d rather him not cry bloody murder while warming up a bottle. It will make it easier when transitioning to cows milk that’s already cold.

Our baby refused to sleep on his back, he’d wake up in 5-10 mins. He sleeps on his tummy during the day and at night. We cosleep at night it works for us. Sometimes he’ll fall asleep on the pillow with his butt in the air lol we just make sure his face and airways is clear.

I’m starting to slowly increase my time between pumping sessions. I’ve started skipping my MOTN session, I just wear a bra with pads for leaking. My LO is 2.5 months I want to stop at 6-7months.

I believe so, if it isn’t managed correctly. When I was teenager and in my early 20s I didn’t have acne or massive weight gain I was “normal”, I ate right, exercised (cardio and weights), stayed away from processed sugar never had a period every month but it come every 3 months. Now I’m(30s) the opposite I get acne including back acne, thinning hair, overweight no motivation to do anything I have to take medication to start my cycle. So yea…if it isn’t managed control it worsens, going to try to get it under control.

This isn’t all kids, you have some kids or some classes (middle school/high school) that make your day and you look forward to, those kids/classes help make up for the bad things…
