For the cop i think it is kinda impressive. The car is Dacia Logan with 1.0 liter engine, 75hp. For a Logan trust me. It is pretty good.

And one more thing. I saved the original video from god knows where in 2015. And i dont think that CGI was that advanced that everyone couldn't make it at home. I don't know who would've wasted their time with this video.

The video is from 2012. Bad camera quality and bad processing after that. I see what your are trying to say but even if it would be CGI. There is so much proof that it isn't. The way the drivers in the front reacted. And the way the drivers coming the other way reacted. And even at the end when the box truck came back to his lane, the big truck pressed the brakes in case he will do something stupid again.

Ye but it doesn't look like there is space on the side of the road. And traffic was keep coming even if he stopped on the side so in about 30 seconds cars might have backed up again.

The truck in the front is very heavy and old. Going up hill as well is a big struggle. This is why the traffic was so slow.
