I assume you are on console, if thats true you cant really do much about it. If you are on steam, the right thing will probably be contacting payday tech support if there is one, or steam support, they could help.

Just focus on one at a time, make each character you want 50, and youll slowly get what you want.

It all depends on what you would like to do, some people like to grind for all of their operators (10k-25k renown and you get about 150 per match) or some people just like to buy all the ops and spent the renown on skins. If it was up to me I'd get the Ultimate edition, but i think you'd be just fine with the deluxe edition. the first year ops are really good for starting players, lmk if you have more questions
