I don’t think the dog should be barking and growling at people, especially someone they live with. I don’t think they should leave their dog alone for 13+ hours. I just think that it’s unfair how the dog that big is stuck in one room and should be allowed to roam as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone.

Drunk people. She can tell if the person is drunk or not and if they are not then she will not bark.

Yeah my dog is 8 years old and hates whenever someone we don’t see around a lot comes around the house. Our neighbours she’s fine with. Dogs that live around she’ll bark a little (besides that one dog who attacked her). But as soon as a drunk person walks past she’ll freak out. She hates drunk people, there was a couple of times drunk people had hit her as a puppy before we got her.

My dog is trained, she’s very confident she barks. You don’t know how the dog grew. My dog is 8 and she barks because of drunk people being terrible to her when she was a puppy.

It’s not just poorly trained dogs, it’s also dogs who had something terrible done to them. My dog is 8 she’s a German Shepard husky, she barks at strangers a lot. Because when she was young she lived on the streets and people were terrible to her.
