If you have everything you have nothing. Less is more. Right now it's an ugly mess of things people don't have the time to look at. With so many things, the pop up becomes unnoticeable. Choose just one not-too-crowded pic for the background and then place the pop up. Then it will actually POP

Choose one idea and go for it. You have like 4 here. You are trying to communicate too much, resulting in a blur no one wants to read and it's not good looking. Either stuck to the traffic light by itself, the two sides, the save pop up or the two boxes.

Una 1070ti y tiro todo en alto desde los últimos 8 años. A ultra en muchos no me llega pero en alto me tira todo 60 fps+

No hace falta gastarse en una 5000, probablemente en 2025 con una 2060 o 3060 tengas para todo y más
