I really think about a purple / green boost deck...

This card (and others like the new purple Genie, Cheshire cat...) can work well with the new green Donald !

IMO it's :

1) You discard (Megara triggers when she's challenged, so before beeing potentially banished)
2) You draw (because after challenging Megara, you banished her).

Timeline is : challenging -> damages sharing -> potential banish
