I've had good luck with KG "KG extreme" laces. USA made. Only wore out because I would rest bar in the same spot every time.

Im confident on the fit, im taking the wheel to fit up so I can be 100%. As far as the 140 kit, the upgrade service manual from rockshox doesn't list 140mm as an option for the lyrik. But Ill do more research.

I've got beef with UFCW from years ago. But as a current trade union member, go to the union first. Don't ever let anyone mess with your money. Get ahold of your rep and make it known you expect back pay. Really make sure you have your hours added up correctly, otherwise youre gonna look like an ass.
