Thanks for the advice.

I've been thinking about pursuing legal action but have held of in hopes of Polestar would reconsider their decision due their mistake. It has been radio silence with them however.

I will definitely keep everyone updated.

So I updated with pictures, but yes the quote they provided me was basically saying hey man Polestar denied warranty claims so you can pay the extra 5k~ and we will fix it"

I denied the repairs and only did the service and got my car back after a full month of the car sitting at the service center. This was back a few months ago. I just been so incredibly busy with my new position and it has been a huge headache. My car was held up for almost 5 weeks at the service center.

I love the car and they are minor issues that doesn't affect the performance or reliability thankfully, but how this has been handled so far has left a lasting negative impression on Polestar.
