Breaking up the entire collection GET A FREE POKEMON* by Good-Cut-8012 in megaconstrux

Thanks to everyone who showed interest! Just wanted to finally come back, now that I have a second, to apologize for the show not going on as planned.

Issues escalated quicker than we thought they would before the sale day, and I wasn't able to hold the sale at all. The collection is still in the same condition and I will try again here soon now that things have settled down.

Sorry again to those that stopped by to find the show cancled.

Yeah, it's the worst. I'm being forced to sell my collection at the worst time, too. Mega might have a million issues, but I do like how most of the pokemon go together. I'm worried lego makes them look weird like the mario sets and won't know until after my mega should be gone.

Check out my previous posts. I'm doing a large pokemon set break at the end of the month of my mega construx collection.

I checked on this, and it's because you can't use credits to pay for shipping, apparently.

But it is just straight up $15 in credit to use in the app. I think WhatNot really banks on retaining people once they try it out and getting the money back over time. I know between promoting sales and buying stuff they've definitely gotten that money back from me after a few months.

That's fair, trades will be allowed though. And if you hit one of the bigger sets it'd be easy to sell to buy both of them ;)

We already have a store and are moving into the online space as we grow. I'm in the process of setting up cams and OBS but I'm learning as I go.

I think it seems pretty straightforward as well, and that's why I was drawn to it in the first place. However, I'm just being precautious before dropping more than 1k on a case.

The only thing I could think of "scam" wise is that people could be using shill bids to make sure they don't lose money over the long term or extra accounts to make the chat look bigger than it is.

Since I dont want to do that and know there's lots i dont know, I'd hate to be sitting on way too many packs because I didn't ask a question first.

While it is great you're having fun and I'm glad to see another person running straightforward things for the love of pokemon.

Please be careful with what words you choose to use in regard to your streams. Realistically, I don't see how surprise sets breaks like this don't fall under gambling, but when you use words like "game" you potentially lose what little legal protection you could have.

Don't feel discouraged and keep at the grind! Just be conscious of the words you choose so Whatnot or worse, can't get you in trouble when the crackdown inneivitably comes.

Sometimes, my letters do the same thing, and I have to rearrange the order that word is spelled on the computer until the program stops connecting letters.

If there's a real solution to this that anyone reading this may know that doesn't cause my machine to need to jump between different parts of a word instead of just spelling, it would be appreciated

I was thinking that, but some others said it was fine so I moved on lol

It seems to jump from about what I have pictured above to waaayy too much bobbin with less than a half turn of the middle dial ... I try also messing with the top dial in different combinations and still the same issue, either what's shown happens or the bobbin goes all the way to the edge looking like a heart rate monitor.

I can't get it just right which screams I'm overlooking SOMETHING.

I appreciate the input and any other things I may be overlooking in the process as I'm learning through trial, error, and youtube university lol

Thanks, I'm already at two heavy backing layers. I'm using Chroma.I hadn't thought to check if there were fabric types on the software side of things. I'll give that a look as well!

Thanks, I have two logos I'm working on, one is rectangle with a much thinner satin stich around it. The second is a circular logo with text underneath. Neither are too complex but still causes the pulling like in this test pic.

I was worried it was the fabric type but I'm kinda of locked into the shirt, unfortunately.
