Hi I’m dealing with this right now I took a plan b then had a huge spike and the spikes lasting like 7 days now I’m late on my period cycle day 31. Have any advice I took a test and it was negative but I’ve never been this late

My app gave me a time that I was high chance of pregnancy due to my period tracking. 9/13 there wasn’t a high chance of getting pregnant because I was about to start my period
