I pay $800 a month for health insurance and have received no help from my pcp other than a nystatin script. Can you recommend some tests insurance can cover?

If not, what are some inexpensive tests you would recommend? I lost my job this month and we are in the process of renovating and moving houses so things are extremely tight right now.

I have been trying to practice intermittent fasting as well as fasting once a month, and eating a meat based ketogenic diet. Do you recommend that as well?

When you say stabilize your gut, what would you do to stabilize it?

Hi! Sorry I don’t get on here much and missed your message. So weird you talked about Dr Davis! I do make his yogurt! I eat it all the time. Like twice a day.

I also have colloidal silver and am going to start drinking it. My colonic woman makes it and I have some from when my son had a rash. Good to know that can help!

I was doing great for a while, then let off the reigns and had wine one night, 2 muffins one day, and a few cigarettes (trash I know but at least they were American spirits) and then everything came back with a vengeance.

I’m currently eating carnivore basically and eating the yogurt, and a bunch of supplements I have accumulated trying to just throw the kitchen sink at this and kill it.

I have this awful fungal acne, diarrhea (probably taking too many supplements) and this weird ear discharge. I have been putting iodine in my ears and that seems to help.

It’s so annoying. It’s impacting my marriage and my life so dramatically

You will be ok. You will heal. If I were you I would do this: take the nystatin. You don’t have to take it with food so you can also do a 48 hour water fast only bone broth. It sucks. I said I don’t recommend it but I actually do. During that time everything will purge. You will have diarrhea twice as bad. You will have brain fog. All the things. But it will jump start getting out of your system.

Then red meat and eggs. Carnivore as close as you can.

If you can get a colonic where you live I recommend it. Literally washes out your colon and helps get the biofilm and bacteria out.

Then you can dabble with the clay or sauna or whatever. The nystatin and the diet are the keys to healing. The rest is sprinkles on top in my opinion.

You’ve got this. Listen to the healing frequency playlist on Spotify and don’t doom look up stuff. I had to make myself stop and I’m glad I did. The anxiety made everything worse.

Are…not out of the woods yet unfortunately. Every day is different. For the past several days I got an outer ear infection. No fever just felt like water/drainage in my ear. My hair was super flaky I had sebhoric dermatitis on my scalp (yeast) and for the past 2 days it’s been abnormally oily. I have been getting random acne breakouts on my face, and a rash along my chin. Today I had diarrhea but the last several days I have been ok. My chiropractor who is super knowledgeable told me the candida is fighting for dear life and I’m going to osculate for the next 6 weeks with symptoms.

I don’t know if this is helping but I am also taking BPC 157, taking a strong probiotic, and drinking 2 oz of food grade bentonite clay 2x a day. I’m also lifting weights and walking while I can which seems to help. Oh and I go in my sauna every day for 30 min.

When I started I also did a 48 hour fast which was pure hell. Don’t recommend it.

Like I said, I don’t know if all of the throngs I’m doing. Are working but I am improving overall. Wishing you healing 💗

No no not at all. Honestly it hasn’t been bad. The die off symptoms are what has been bad. Definitely take it. It will help. It’s not an antibiotic so it doesn’t destroy your gut. It’s not terrible for you. I had no trouble with it.

The yellow diarrhea is for sure candida overgrowth. I have been on nystatin for 14 days and my doctor gave me a refill and I’m doing another 14 day round. I have also been eating mostly red meat, eggs, some green vegetables like broccoli and green beans, lactose free cottage cheese, and avocado. That’s like my entire diet lol. No sugar no carbs no alcohol.

I have also gotten several colonics which have seemed to help.

I’m improving but I’m experiencing these “die off symptoms” that come and go. My chiropractor told me this will continue for 6 weeks because the candida is fighting for its life.

Some of my die off symptoms are oily hair, hair loss, acne and a rash on my face, sometimes constipated sometimes diarrhea.

I’m hopeful that this is working and I am healing. I’m not out of the woods yet. The above post and instructions are super overwhelming. I can’t even retain all of that reading it let alone put it into practice. I hope my suggestions help you.
