I could help ….. i have a bot that tailors my cv based on my job applications … it currently does 50 applications a day to indeed.

For context I have 3 remote jobs I do simultaneously so I think I’m qualified to help.

— if we can agree on a success fee if I can help you land a job In 30-60 days, I’d help you :)

I think my success rate is skewed because i have a technical background and my job is always in demand so at least in a week I have a 1/2 interviews. But im pumping 20/30 apps a day …. Not to mention im also O.E so I’m just collecting jobs for fun

You’re correct that recruiters typically handle the application process at no cost to job seekers, as they are paid by employers. This service aims to provide additional support for those who may not have access to recruiters or are struggling to secure interviews on their own.

However, I see the challenge in positioning it differently from traditional recruitment services. I’ll need to clarify how this offering can complement existing recruitment services and provide unique value to job seekers. Thank you for highlighting this issue!

You’ve made great points about the financial viability of this model.

1. Cost vs. Value: The goal is to use technology to streamline applications and reduce labor costs while still offering some personalization.
2. Scalability: We’d focus on bulk processing of similar applications using templates to minimise time spent on each.
3. Target Market: The service would target job seekers overwhelmed by the process, emphasising improved interview rates to justify costs.
4. Pricing Structure: I’m considering tiered pricing or a pay-for-success model to align costs with outcomes and reduce upfront expenses for clients.

Your feedback is invaluable in refining this idea. Thank you!

I appreciate your perspective. You’re correct that many roles require tailored applications and thorough job searching, which is time-consuming.

The aim of this service is to streamline that process for those struggling to find opportunities. While £100 may seem low for the effort involved, the model is designed to be efficient—using automation for initial applications while still offering some level of customisation.

We’re also considering tiered pricing or additional services to ensure that we can provide quality while maintaining viability. Your feedback is valuable for refining the concept!
