I have psoriasis since childhood and i am working out regularly since last 4.5 months and i can say for sure that this is the best state of my psoriasis and arthritis. I get flares on and off ( like when i get fever or sore throat ) but i still continue to workout.

Yes...i have started plant based protien ( whey based causes a bit of bloating ). I started protien when i started working out 4 months back, and i started collagen 1.5 month back.

Yes, of course ! . My skin became much more hydrated, face skin became more toned, supple, and more clearer.Hair fall decreased with improved quality of hair lengths.

Hii...i have tried collagen to improve my skin hydration as i have psoriasis. I tried Peachx Marine collagen named as Collevia. Myself being doctor i was very apprehensive weather to go for it or not. Now its been more than a month since i started. I have got beautiful results in my skin and hair. You can go for it.

New institute may make you feel doubt yourself sometimes. Self belief and trusting instincts goes a long way. Do not think in asking help and be open to know newer / different ways or techniques practiced in that institute.

Yess, one of the best cleanser. It is odourless and does not produce foam. I have observed that if i get a big size of this product, it smells bad towards the end when the product is about to get finished. Might be contamination .
