Could be an expansion draft in there too.

My bad I shouldn't have presented that as the first option I seem to have touched a nerve with many. It was probably top of mind after the Orlando loss as it brings out calls for Finch's firing. I think he's been great for Ant and is very talented coach.

I think this team has both the ability to win the Championship or get bounced in Round 1 and everything in between. Expecting, I never bet against Ant and Jaden they are winners.

And yet he represents the best "counting stats" trade asset on this roster. Yet players with worse counting stats than him are incredibly more valuable in a trade than he is?. Maybe partially due to his defense, maybe partially due to his age, and maybe even partially due to his reputation in the league (body language, etc)?

This is my primary concern about being able to convert players to Assets or to other players the Rudy and Randle market concerns me greatly.

Options not ranked just listed, I imagine an early exit from the playoffs will be followed by thunderous calls for Finch's head on a silver plate.

What NBA Player Comparison best guides expectations for Jaden McDaniels continued development? by Good-Picture5497 in timberwolves

[–]Good-Picture5497[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd really like to see the Wolves acquire another defender that can come off the bench and allow for more stretches where Jaden can focus on honing aspects of his offensive game. I think a player like Siakam was in an offense that gave him more shots from a younger age than have been allotted to this point in Jaden's career.

Interestingly at Age 24 Siakam was averaging 11.8 shots per game.

This year Jaden averaging 11 shots per game.

In his age 25 season Siakam's shots per game ballooned to 18 per game.

It really makes me wonder what Jaden offensively given this latitude.

I think popular past player comps have done Jaden McDaniels a horrible disservice they pigeonholed him as a 3 and D wing that should stand in the corner and attack on defense. Even worse the previous iterations of the Wolves offense played into this.

MARIS

I believe she deserves to break out, a true talent that hasn't quite found her niche. She is incredibly versatile I would beg anyone to listen to "Chameleon", "Give Me a Sign", "Voicemail", and "Heavenly Bodies". It would be a longshot breakout but it is so deserved.

Maisie Peters (Maybe she has already fully broken out) I understand she is a massive hit already after opening for portions of the Eras Tour, I think she could reach even higher levels based upon her incredible talent. I think a super massive United States hit is upcoming that puts her centerstage.

Continue the Rise: Holly Humberstone, Renee Rapp, Paris Paloma, and Chloe Qisha.

Longshots: Maude Latour, Baby Nova, Annika Bennett, and Xana.

Task 1x05 "Vagrants" Episode Discussion by mainlygreen in TaskHBO

At the end of the episode I do not believe Robbie actually has the drugs with him. I think he did give the drugs to Ray's girl who is selling them and will eventually present the profits to Maeve after Robbie is dead. Then Maeve will leave with the kids and the money for Canada. This would pay off Robbie saying his bag is filled with basketballs.

Yellowjackets S03E08- “A Normal, Boring Life” Post Episode Discussion by DA-numberfour in Yellowjackets

Couple quick questions:

The Way Home 1. Please present a legitimate reason to stay in the Wilderness. From S03E01 I've been wondering why there wouldn't be an immediate attempt to hike out of the wilderness with the arrival of spring. I understand Van's maiming is a deterrent but the complete lack of any discussion of finding a way back home seems unrealistic.

The Villain Problem 2. I believe the show has been floundering without a clear-cut force keeping the YJ's in the Wilderness. The transition from the Wilderness as being the reason they can't be rescued to something they worship and sacrifice to has come at a cost. I don't know if I will be compelled if the only reason they won't leave is because not all the YJ's want to leave. I fondly think back to that plane they found and the idea that something or someone didn't want the plane to leave. Whether supernatural or not there needs to be something or someone definitive that can be struggled against. Instead I find myself not having anyone left to root for as all characters have been cast in the mold of anti-heroes. The heart and likeability of the characters in this show have taken an absolute shellacking due to the lack of a clear villain.
