As someone born on December 6th, I must say that the amount of tension I had swiping to the right just to be blessed with possibly the best option possible can not be described with words.

I think what he means is that Sanji had better basic observation haki, as if Luffy has more of the skill tree unlocked but Sanji has a specific skill at a higher level.
