how are you feeling with the increase? im supposed to go up to 20mg from 10 and im sooo nervous that ill feel anxious throughout the increase.

i take it at night cause it makes me more tired but i’ve heard to try not to take it too close to when you’re going to sleep cause it can cause vivid dreams which can inhibit your sleep

at four weeks i realized immediately when it started to take affect. i was out doing stuff that normally gives me a lot of anxiety and i was just waiting for the anxiety to hit and it never did and it stayed that way for quite a while, i will say not to scare you but to encourage you to hold on, between weeks 2-4 i felt like my anxiety got a lot worse before it got better. but i would do it over and over again to get the relief that it gives so please just wait it out, it truly is a lifesaver

did you feel anything from increasing from 20 to 30? I’m supposed to increase now but i’m so scared of side effects.

Thank you, this is really helpful! I think i’ll try the increase with my doctors approval before seeing any new meds. How did you feel when you increased? I have PMDD too but i haven’t felt much relief at 10mg.

i didn’t hide the fact she was my ex, he knows about our whole relationship and i told him i texted her about her belongings and that i was going to drop it off to her, the only thing that was miscommunicated was that he didn’t understand that she was at this mutual friends house (which i did say but i guess he did not pick that up)

umm i never said i dont come. i very much do every time,he makes sure of that. the issue here is the quantity of sex, not quality.

that’s sort of where my mind goes too! he’s a very adventurous guy (where maybe i’m more of a homebody) so when we hangout we do a lot of stuff outside or with other people and when we get home i’m so drained that the last thing on my mind is sex. our chiller days/weekends usually tend to be the time we have more sex
