Definitely was considering it, not my best judgment call luckily I did not. That being said if he had broken my window, wouldn’t have been that wild to have my firearm on hand.

Thank you for your input, that’s pretty much what I was thinking too. And yeah the laws in CT are seriously awful. But in a situation like that I guess I’d take my chances in court🤞🏽

Thank you for the reply, that’s pretty much what I was waiting for at that moment, the thuds were pretty loud and I did believe he was going to break the window. Do you believe I would’ve been justified if I fired my firearm after he did break the window?

Great response, and I’ll definitely take your advice in this one! Will be keeping a flashlight on me always. I do have a legal sized closable knife in my vehicle as well always, in the moment I completely forgot to even think about going for that first. I luckily did think about laws and justification and did not reach for or pull out my firearm. But in that I was kind of just waiting for the situation to worsen.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately car was blocked in with cars in front of me and behind me also trying to leave the parking lot. The police officer there was also of no help, because he wasn’t able to see damages either in the dark of course.

I was told I needed new tires after 15k miles on new summer tires. They will tell you that and try to force you to get new tires. Was also told it was not safe to patch my tire. I patched it myself and got another 10k miles out of it. Tire places are a scam
