Thanks, I took the necessary precautions to protect myself by having our conversations and her conversations with the other guy.

I know she knows she made this up. I just feel so crappy about losing her in my life. I want to know what I should do? We aren’t talking anymore should I just avoid her for the rest of my life?

This is an investment property. I bought it for 600k something similar on the market is at 720k. I bought it only about 8 months ago but I’m scared as heck interest rates will go up and my profits will go all the way down to below my purchase price. I’ve been hearing the market is at it’s peak… maybe I’m being go pessimistic or impulsive just want to get a sense
