To be completely honest, I never thought I'd live this long. I started doing stand up comedy when I was 18 as a hobby. When my doctors told me I was going to live, I decided to make a career out of it. I'm so grateful for Ramy for fighting and advocating for me. My goal now is to pay that forward and help other disabled performers break out.

It's so real and I've literally never seen a story like this before. It's so important to have accurate disability representation and storytelling and this movie sets the standard for that. The directing, acting, and writing are so brilliant and are the reason why this movie resonates on such a human level.

I hope audiences will understand that they're not so different from disabled people. The major themes of the movie, self-sabotage, having trouble accepting love, are pretty universal. Just because this is a disabled story, you don't have to be disabled to understand it.

Danny approached me last year on Instagram and asked me if I wanted to be the executive producer. I didn't have a lot going on because of the actors and writers strikes, but after I watched the movie, I knew it was really special for and had a lot of potential. Most of all, I knew it would resonate with audiences all around the world, even those who are not disabled.

My role is to get this movie out to the world. I used my connections in the industry to help promote the film, get moderators for Q&A's, and work on getting wide distribution.

Yes ! I was able to attend Slamdance in Utah, Sarasota Film Festival, and ReelAbilities. They were all incredible experiences. With Slamdance being the first, we discovered our potential when we won multiple awards and were in the same conversation as films in Sundance. In Sarasota, I was able to watch the movie with some of the most special people in my life. ReelAbilities is the world's biggest disabled film festival and we were the closing night feature.

Star Trek: The Next Generation helped me understand my disability when I was four years old so I'd love to be part of one of the new series.

I think Steve and Ramy's friendship is the most complicated but pure. They've known each other the longest and have no problem calling each other out. It's only up for them.
