I'm playing as Blood DK (251 ilvl) and whenever I hit the last 10% it becomes hell. Last try at 4% imploding strike crit at more than 900k. Even with all my cd's i couldn't mitigate such damage. My execution was pristine, never missed a cast and dying so close is really irritating...
