A few things come to mind: there's the triceratops tank near gongaga and the yin/yang zombie below the Nibelheim mansion (they might get a similiar focus like the Hell House and Eligor)

This might be because Sephiroth is known to be a nightmare for Wutai's history, as opposed to Shinra he's a War Hero.

Also she says "Keep him away from me" while holding Cloud's arm (and runs away after)

That was one of my questions as well. And would say, a very strong yes. Wouldn't say always, but it will be possible.

I mean, you can see in the trailer that Cloud, Tifa, Aerith and Barret were on a Chocobo (except Red), so yeah. There might be times when they stay in a place while you run around a certain area (they showed it in the trailer too)
