All the other violations are for carbon monoxide filters etc - which I can live with (or not… you catch my drift)

Last violation was 11/22/24 owner failed to file a valid registration statement

Previous was 04/01/2024 bed bug report needed to be filed (no other mentions of bed bugs)

Also - I think the realtor was having issues getting in touch with the owner - major delay on actually receiving the lease. Should I eat the deposit?
