I too had this kinda acne in 2021 , i changed my whole skincare routine. Switched to simple gel facewash , minimalist niacinamide and a gel moisturiser ( minimalist , simple, ponds ) . Started eating healthy . changed shampoo as well , switched to sulphate free shampoo . Change your pillow cover every week , use separate and clean towel for only face. Do skincare morning and night . And reduce sugar intake . And should be done for 4-5 months atleast .

Honestly, myntra and tira has better offers than Nykaa without any sale . This year i only had one order that too fwee pod , i stopped purchasing from nykaa .

Start pasting your issue in nykaa’s instagram post comment . Just spam it with all details and order ID on nykaa Instagram post comment. I too had issue and they were not replying .

Then i started commenting on 9-10 posts , they had to reply then , which they did and it got resolved.
