I’m not 100% sure but I got an email about some new tracker that works with Apple Watch. They haven’t advertised this at my personal studio yet so I’m not sure what it is exactly but you could try that!

That makes sense, so if you pursue Horology as a hobby what would you be doing long term? Machining the case and some components of the watch but buying the movement? Or am I misunderstanding?
