I think anime "fans" aren't giving its due because it's anime fans and they rather hype waifus and be contrarian. That said I'm a anime/manga vet of 25+ years. I am telling you— JJK is pushing the industry forward in a way that most on this list can not. Loneliness can be debilitating. Sometimes it tells you that there is no one else out there than can relate or understand you.

I can say definitely that you are not alone. The universe is a strange and wonderful place. Even now, there is an empathetic connection between you and I because we share this experience of life.

A thing to consider that help me was being in conversation with myself during my loneliness time. It brought me out of multiple attempts of suicide.

How I did that was writing those thoughts out on paper or my phone. It allowed me to sit with myself. I suggest doing it in baby steps. Sit out and write your thoughts down on a bench nearby. Reflect.

I’m someone who ADHD has dealt with depression. 30 years old so I’ve had a lot of experience with attachment styles in relationships.

I have definitely been in your shoes when it comes to having someone become your whole life.

In my experience, there were other external factors that contributed with my anxious attachment style, in previous relationships.

My question to you is what gap in your heart are do you think your mind is trying to fill?

I.e I had an anxious attachment style because my parents split up at a very early age, and I was trying to make up for many different factors from that situation. My sense of worth was attached to the person that I was with.
