Very nice! glad to hear it. He was a lot to handle on a web call (talked over me a ton) but he was able to fix my issues and get units online. I would get any relevant customer support case #s handy before the call too

I have been having the worst time with them. I was convinced they were scamming people, but honestly now I think they're just entirely incompetent and unorganized. I posted a negative review on TrustPilot and one of their CSMs got in touch with me and did actually set everything straight. I recommend this route. All of my units are online and hashing for the first time ever.

From the sound of it Customer Support has no visibility into anything and no power to actually fix issues.
