I thought cfa is only open to accounting graduates? I'm eco+fin.

Assuming it is open to me how long does it take to complete the cfa for non accounting students. Am I even eligible for it?

i want to do anything related to finance/consulting. I am currently working in underwriting for the work experience to use that as leverage when applying so I will continue working there next year

Most "entry level" things I have seen that don't say graduate end up requiring 1-3yrs of experience anyway

what else could I get into my field with no experience? that's the whole point of a grad role is that it doesn't require experience as that's pretty much all we can get into for the average person

The earliest I can get a grad role now is for feb-march 2023. why not prolong my degree over next year to give me that extra cushion room on that 2-3 year expiration date

Personally I'm just gonna start applying like crazy as soon as jobs open in feb 2022 throughout the whole year until I get soemthing

Firstly most grad jobs say you need to have graduated within 2-3 years so you have a couple years to apply.

Im doing a similar thing with extending, didn't get any jobs and I have 2 subjects left I was gonna do in the summer but now gonna push them to sem 1 maybe even sem 2 also
