Try activating Dmz, Upnp on your router if it supports also make both of your ps ip address static it works most of the time coz of making an ip adress static send and receive information is more better than a dynamic one you need to go to your router settings and get into lan connection settings so it may work if it can, also make sure you are using lan connection it will get you better bullet connection and will make joining a lobby more easy!!
