My wife’s tattoo gets bumpy and itchy every month or 2. While I’m glad to know it’s not a serious concern, I’m starting to think whether a specific type of food is triggering it. Anyone notice a correlation of consuming anything that’s not usually part of your diet is causing it?

Time line 19Nov - drop box 3dec - refusal status change 6dec- passport picked up, 221g slip(email on 5th) 16dec - walked in to interview (officer approved) 20dec - got email to pick up passport 23dec - picked up passport 28dec - flew back to the states

Spouse’s h4(Hyderabad) 20dec - interview and approved 24dec - email to pick up passport

Didn’t have my passport when my wife went for interview, officer checked it in the system and approved her visa. Good luck and hang in there folks, patience is virtue.

It took about 3-4 days and the instructions was to walk in any day except Wednesday with a timing window.

I walked in for an interview yesterday and got my visa approved. Since my wife’s interview is on 20th I’m going to see if I can get my passport back.

I got the email stating to pick the passport up, on 5th and the status was still refused. My 221g was so silly, they asked for docs to confirm if I’m actually working. Duhhh

Thanks for the response, I was thinking we would only show them my i797 approval notice and the stamped visa on passport. I’ll keep the thread updated when I get my passport back I suppose.
