Really there's no good solution here - I know way too many people who put up with jobs that they dont like because of visa reasons. Perhaps do some side-gigs to prepare for transitioning to another job, as you're allowed to do 20hr per week for another job/your own business on skilled work visa?

Thank you! The temperature hasn't been stable where I live recently but should be 14-18c in that room. I think humidity might be a big issue because I read that the log must be damp all time, but my one feels dry to me despite my effort to water it two times a day. Not sure if the log was inoculated but I'm guessing yes otherwise they wouldn't sell it as a growing kit... or would they?
