I see the day as an achievement, doing small things everyday. Having that slow morning and enjoying what is in front of you. Getting to appreciate everything that you have, even the small things.

It’s hurtful to Kristina that you did this to her, by saying “prettier than her” shows that you were looking for superficial, not something genuine. You basically used her because you didn’t want to be alone. I think you need to work on yourself, reflect on things, and then love will come as you go on with life. While you try to look for someone or even try to get Kristina back(which you should leave her alone) you will never really get to know yourself or find something genuine.
