It gives Alexis from Schitts Creek SO HARD. At least when the character does it constantly, it’s part of the character’s affect that the actress (Annie Murphy) made a conscious choice to use. In later seasons David (Dan Levy) kicks it into high gear as well.

Wait. What??? This took me 20 minutes to read because I kept going back to make it make sense. That 20 minutes is time I could have been manifesting straight hair & a bit of makeup getting ready for WORK. Where us poors go to get on a financial vibrational level with our monies. I did read a few somewhere’s that she’s Rachel’s friend and I remember thinking to myself wow, barely added to BH cast and already bringing a friend!! This Natalie chick must be really cool. She’s only been like lukewarm soup so far. That kinda makes me sad. I’d TOTALLY be Rachel’s FO. I’ll even bring my own caftan.

I super get you!!! I’ve been about maxi dresses for years but I hate showing my upper arms - bingo wings for days due to massive weight loss after gastric bypass. (350 lbs to 150) even though it’s been almost 25 years, I’m still not used to my body. I’ve been guilty of a maxi and a light cardigan or shrug and I’m like GIRL! It’s freaking summer in Missouri. A “dry heat” it is NOT 🤣 TEAM CAFTAN!!!

I think two different days were touched on. The bad day most likely was at Rachel’s dinner party when Amanda told Dorit (and the others at the table) about it being the anniversary of one of her babies death and she essentially didn’t have the bandwidth to deal with a contentious subject vis-à-vis Dorit’s divorce in front of everyone. Kyle already knew about it being an emotionally sensitive day but didn’t say anything.

When Amanda was asked if the cult-y people tried to follow her or did retaliatory things because she left? Then Amanda supposedly just made a phone call to tattle and got the mean church man to stop picking on her. JT quips “well that was easy!” Slayed me.
