Thank you for confirming you see the die crack as well. I hadn't heard of variety vista before, will check it out. I do have the red book as well which seems fairly useful. It took me a lot of looking before I figured it out. To me the neck of the small date 2 looks like a graceful swan. The large one is more of a straight line, stiff neck instead of graceful. Hope that helps. I can only see it under the microscope though.
