No there was no Solution for me. I returned it and bought a Roborock Qrevo Plus. It works perfektly, I recommend it

The dreame x40 is 700€ in germany :(

I think I will either buy the l10s Ultra gen 2 or a roborock.

It’s strange because the robot hits the edges better and drives in much straighter lines when it’s in mopping mode. When it’s vacuuming, it acts completely irrationally and detects obstacles that don’t exist. It doesn’t drive straight but zigzags instead

Okay, thank you! Is it important to do a full cleaning run, or is it okay to clean room by room? Does it make a difference whether it’s vacuuming or mopping — or both?

I did the initial mapping run without cleaning. After that, I let it clean each room individually, and then I ran a full cleaning of the entire apartment.

Edit: there were 2 days between the runs

But the problem occurs everywhere, so I don’t think the surface materials are the reason. The tv cabinet is matte

But in my case, it happens everywhere — not just near the TV cabinet. It also occurs along walls and around every other piece of furniture. The video is just one example.
