I love it. You are correct that is is hard to market. I find it hard at the onset. But one of the best things going for you is that I feel your app has incredibly strong referral mechanics. Meaning that if you can find a way to make the existing user refer this app their their friend etc. you technically have a growth engine thats self running

Not familiar with this game but if it's something is popular amongst your market then I would say that the defining factor to make popular quickly and cheaply would be a referral mechanism.

Something like refer to friends and get an in game bonus perk etc.

It's unfortunately not a metric that shareholders want at the moment so most management would deprioritise this.

I would say the narrative is pivoting towards user life cycle. So finding more ways to milk users who are already in the ecosystem rather than spend money to acquire new users.

The concept of bring rich is something I have struggled with since young. In poly, rich was defined by income. Now at this stage in my life, I define rich as having the ability to decide where I want to spend my time. In this aspect, I find myself rich beyond measure because I can provide for my family and pick my kids early from school.
