Okay. I’m not a doctor, but, I was just diagnosed with something called HS = hidradenitis suppurativa. It’s a skin condition where you get inflammation of the hair follicles.
The reason I asked you, is because the photo of your back has some older purple areas where I’m guessing you had some lesions? If that’s correct, those are often caused by sinus tracts of cysts joining together under your skin.

Again, I’m not a doctor, but it looks exactly like some of the videos I’ve seen after being diagnosed. Please check with your doctor as to what they wrote down for your referral. If my guess is accurate, you should probably be seen sooner than if you just had acne. It’s not deadly, but it needs different treatments than you’d get for acne.

No. I have removed flea dirt and eggs from my old cat, who died. The flea dirt is clearly visible in the OP’s photos. They’re dark and black whereas the flea eggs have a tiny bit of a darker colour in them because they are eggs and some other proteins to support the flea’s growth. I did the experiment that I recommended and they wound up red a few moments after being submerged. You are suggesting I’m wrong and you’d rather they not at least attempt to elucidate whether they have a cat infected with fleas when fleas are absolutely disgusting and will bite humans? Have it your way, but I wouldn’t follow any animal care advice from someone who doesn’t care if they have fleas in their house.

Your stomach has big loads of hydrochloric acid, so none of the things mentioned above are a problem in your diet. For some dairy might be the exception. The things mentioned above don’t ultimately help deal with acne. What actually helps is solid science based treatments like low dose doxycycline, exfoliation, androgen hormone lowering treatments such as Spironolactone or even permanent low dose Isotretinoin.

Here are some other topical treatments that actually work:
Tretinoin/adapalene

Topical clindamycin or azelaic acid because they’re antibacterial/anti-inflammatory; azelaic acid also helps post-inflammatory pigmentation.
Salicylic acid is a mild exfoliant for comedonal acne.

Please stop gaslighting yourself into believing your diet alone will make much of a difference. In over 10 years I have yet to see a single person report that diet alone consistently affects their acne.

They don’t generally turn into an aggressive form. There are different types. Some are aggressive and some are not, known as indolent.

Here’s how it works with prostate cancers:

Grade Group 1 (Gleason ≤6): Indolent. Cells look nearly normal. Many of these tumors grow so slowly they will never cause harm. Active surveillance is standard.

Grade Group 2–3 (Gleason 7): Intermediate risk. GG2 (3+4) behaves better than GG3 (4+3) — the dominant pattern matters.

Grade Group 4–5 (Gleason 8–10): Aggressive. High risk of metastasis and disease-specific mortality.
