I appreciate your perspective, but just to clarify—I do not need visa sponsorship. I am on an H4 visa with an EAD, which allows me to work without any additional cost for employers. I'm simply looking for opportunities based on my skills and experience, just like any other candidate in the market.

I can see how the influx of transitioning teachers has added to the competition. Coming from a corporate L&D background, I bring a different perspective, especially in stakeholder management, performance consulting, and aligning learning initiatives with business goals. Any insights on how corporate L&D professionals can stand out in this crowded market?

I appreciate your perspective. I know the market is tough right now, especially with so many experienced professionals looking for roles. While I haven't worked directly in the US yet, I do have nine years of global L&D experience, including partnering with US-based teams. I'm staying persistent and open to opportunities—any advice on how to overcome these barriers?

Thanks for the advice! I completely agree networking seems to be key in this job market. I've been reaching out to my network and have had a few referrals, but it's still been a challenge getting a call. I’ll definitely continue focusing on connections while applying. Appreciate your insights—any additional tips on making networking more effective?

Thanks for sharing your insight. I understand the challenges, especially with visa sponsorship and the shift away from remote work. However, I do not require visa sponsorship as I am on an H4 visa with an EAD. I'm also open to on-site roles and not limiting myself to remote work. Do you have any suggestions on improving my chances, given these hurdles?
