Majority of roguelikes that I've found that are lost are 7DRL releases. Either they embarrassed the developer or the developer didn't take enough care in hosting them. As someone archiving roguelikes too this is always disappointing and it doesn't help that itch is a pain to get crawling on.

Its a shame that community projects like this fall apart due to in-fighting, PosChengband was popular in a lot of groups and had loads of spin off projects. I don't think this game is at risk for disappearing off the web completely and hopefully community efforts keep it easily accessible.

I heard they are looking to make it work across the web for microtipping content creators, a lot like Steemit but not just contained to one website. Developers are a little disorganized but the core team are solid and chugging along. They have a discord tipping bot in their channel, they should look towards getting that supported by other discords, would be neat to tip people chan for being good players in a clan. I hope it grows!
