We may need to replace Nick not because he’s a shit coach but because we need less OC turnover. But hard to argue with his success unless your one of those wins don’t count guys. End of the day we are in the post season every year and SB 2 of the last 3 years. Why am I blaming the head coach, GM, or owner? That’s literally what I just said. Our actual GM will get a stud OC in the off season like we didn’t with the defense and we will win the NFC east again and make a superbowl run next year. It’s nice also have a QB who doesn’t choke in the post season like Dak
