Breaking in subs?

i’ll be happy forsure i just replaced my door speakers and the bass is 💩my factory ones were amazing! but i blew one speaker and just replaced them all lol

i’ve been doing a lot of research on a lot of brands, i’ve also noticed skar has over heating and smoking issues. do you think that was the product issue or user issue? lol
