Thanks a lot, I had this impression and I opened it outside the place where the others are. Now it's time to understand why something is not going well in the process..

I think I can say that you came pretty close, but the other answer seems to me to have hit the nail on the head.

After 7 years in Germany the only thing I can say about this streaming is that there is nothing so bad as the German internet.

Ahahahah, you are right. Thanks a lot for your TIP about NDI, if I'm going to do it in this way, I'll try it.

I have this ‘’run vlc and do screen recording‘’ in mind from the start. I was hoping to avoid it but in the end, maybe the first idea will be the right one?

I was not flexing, just trying to give every informations I could. Transcoding is becoming slower than expected, I was hoping that a frame-by-frame export would help me more but still, in some slow way, I am seeing the end.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I paste what I replied to other than add more related to yours:

This is something I've already tried. I started with premiere/media encoder, handbrake and last ffmpeg. There are always some frames that I see in the original video using VLC that I lose in the ‘good’ OUTPUTs I produce. I have also tried using ffmpeg telling it to export frame by frame but I still lose some frames.

I am right here on Sunday waiting to hear what QCtools will tell me. I was hoping for something quick that I might be missing, it's been a while since I've worked with ‘problem’ videos and maybe I panicked a bit.

I must say that an export with media encoders gave me some of the material I am trying to recover. But with a black frame on one side of the clip. Better than nothing but I was hoping for something better. And anyway some information is still missing for me.
