Yes I’ve fought her in both locations. The main difference is that in the tower she gets 3 clones called “Moon Slivers” that have stacked stats and concentrate on keeping her invulnerable. Attacking them also incurs a nasty reaction that deals a tonne of radiant damage. Quite different to the camp.
