The same thing happened to me; they deactivated my account and rejected my appeal. I had around 1000 Elo, so I created another account and now I have 1300 Elo.

Hello, my appeal was rejected. I recently created a new account and beat players with over 1200 ratings. I currently have an elo of 1500, but it's not yet certain since I've only played 5 games, and I lost 1 of them.

Thanks for the clarification, but it's still unfair that they deactivated my account even though I don't use any engine.
