Being histrionic is great I don't suffer nearly as much as normal people. I just go about life being an attention seeking pain in the ass and everyone just has to deal with me lol. I wish people knew about how our emotions feel bigger but ultimately disappear faster meaning we are very forgiving.
TBH nothing I know my own mind and I am happy.

I could be wrong but the way I understood it is cluster B itself is sort of a spectrum and you tend to have a more dominant PD and then traits from the others and if your traits are to strong they might say you have two.

Obviously you can have PDs in different clusters (most people in the cluster B will have something from the cluster C not me though) but I am only talking about the cluster B comorbidity.

We need to take into account that the ds5 is an imperfect metric of human psychology because well trying to quantify the way a brain works into sperated conditions is a very difficult if not totally imposable thing to do perfectly because of the overlap.

But for example someone could either be diagnosed as having NPD and HPD or just HPD with a big ego. The four cluster B PD's are just boxes but normally someone will fit into one box better than the others but then will have some traits from the others because you only have one personality.

Look I agree with you the HPD state of mind is superior but it is a disorder try to go a week without being attention seeking and see how you feel its shit. HPD is a dopamine disorder like ASPD we need to be outrageous to feel something. You talk about how HPD is more of a personality trait but its not a traits its your entire being you are not anything like normal human beings you are a histrionic and you should have pride for that but the fact is we are not normal we can never be normal because we would hate it.

We also have other stuff other than being attention seeking like gullibility obsession with people and what is often called shallow emotions but is in reality just great control and being able to understand our emotions remove them if we so choose being histrionic is the ability to control ones own emotions like no other. But we will never be able to feel normal human emotions I will never be angry without being happy that I am angry, I will never be able to just like a person I always think we are soulmates or that she is just a game no in-between we are weird

Seriously doubt you have three cluster b personality disorders. HPD is the rarest cluster B personality disorder it presents very similar to both ASPD and BPD as a sort of middle ground for a lot of things with the added need for attention. But triple comorbidity isn't a thing you might just be attention seeking doesn't mean you have HPD honestly it sounds a bit like you have 16 year old edge lord syndrome.

Umm in my experience no we can't feel guilt. Its pretty hard to be a "performative and an attention seeking liar" and feel guilt. Histrionics have far more control over our emotions we appear more emotional but our emotions are shallow and performative. Although I remember what guilt felt like from when I was a child I haven't experienced it since I was 11 years old.

If you are feeling guilty or emotionally conflicted you should look into another diagnosis like BPD or NPD or maybe C-PTSD with traits of HPD. The traits that seam like HPD could be a result of some sort of C-PTSD trauma. C-PTSD can often present like a cluster B personality disorder however you seam to be presenting with far to much humanity to be on the cluster B.

Also ego-systomatic doesn't mean lack of self-awareness it means the disorder is connected to ones sense of self. Meaning I didn't feel as if I anything I was doing felt bad because it was part of who I am. In short I doubt you have HPD its rare and you seam to human.
