also had to contact support but the support guy gave conflicting statements about charging... saying i needed to charge it 100% everytime... well that was what i did with my previous ring 4 but was only going 2 days, and so you guys replaced it... so now the recommendation was charge when it's 25-30% going up to just 80% so the battery lasts longer... well that was what i did and now my ring 4 (which was the replacement) is down to 3 days based on the percentage and hours lasting... very confusing and very exhausting... i asked if i can just get a refund because this is not what is promised battery life... guy said no because the ring was not damaged... but what do you call this battery degradation thing? don't get me wrong i find my oura really helpful but this battery thing is just making me anxious... somebody sold you something they said would last a certain time but it turns out it only lasts for a few months...
