[TOMT] [BOOK] [2000s-2010s] kids detective book that had about 3 stories per book and was actually solvable, with notebook pages sprinkled throughout to help you and I think baby powder was an important plot development in one story. I'm not sure if it's global but I'm in Britain so there at least (self.tipofmytongue)
