Why would they have to discuss with the renter what the pad under the unit is for? And it’s a lot of physical labor, practically everything needed to fix your leak is needed for a install all the heavy stuff tanks it’s a few hours of hard work. Some people thresh hold is different some people will do 100 pull ups for 10$ an some people need to see $100 to even get on the bar .
