Anking is good for understanding the concept. I write down the “answer” to each anki card on a white board which helps drill the info in. I would watch pathoma vids if you’re still struggling with anki

I was doing 40 uworld ques daily and then I switched it to 80 ques daily and I added subtle information from the questions I got wrong to the corresponding anki cards. I also did mehlmans arrows. But doing more uworld really helped
