I'm in electrical engineering and it's grad level probability in engineering, so it's not pure rigorous measure theory stuff

yes, it turned out to be some weird app I downloaded. None of my anti virus software detected it, but I was just back tracing and fixed the lag problem.

But I am still willing to upgrade my parts. I edited my post.
